Lendlease named Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year 2018
In November 2018, we scooped two coveted awards at the 2018 Housebuilder Awards.
The glittering event was hosted at the InterContinental London – The O2, where Lendlease won both Best Sustainable Scheme for South Gardens at Elephant Park and was also named Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year, for the second year running. The annual Housebuilder awards celebrates excellence in the industry, with accolades handed out to recognise and celebrate innovation and expertise in housebuilding.
South Gardens is the most recently completed phase at Elephant Park and embodies Lendlease’s vision to create a new sustainable and community-driven neighbourhood. The South Gardens apartments surround a communal landscaped garden, enabling residents to relax and socialise just a few steps from their own home.
