Cambium townhouse awarded Best House
In November 2018's WhatHouse? Awards Cambium scooped the bronze award for Best House, against strong competition.
The spacious 5 bedroom townhouses at Cambium all reach Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Each of the townhouses has off-street parking, a garage and its own private back garden. All of the homes at Cambium also have access to a central urban meadow, featuring a children’s play area and a 200-year old oak tree, believed to have been planted by Capability Brown, one of England’s most famous landscape architects.
Bi-fold doors from the open-plan kitchen/ dining /family room lead out onto the terrace area and garden, whilst a spacious second reception room is located on the first floor, perfect for entertaining. A substantial master suite can be found on the top floor, complete with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. Whilst four further double bedrooms make these houses perfect for families.
