Lendlease wins Gold Award 2021 for Customer Service
For the 9th year running, Lendlease Residential UK has won the 2021 Gold Award in customer satisfaction. Run by market research company In-house Research, the awards are based on customer feedback gained in its annual customer service survey, meaning that more than 90% of customers who took part said they’d be happy to recommend us to their friends, family and colleagues.
This a fantastic achievement for our business given the unprecedented challenges presented to us in the UK and globally during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our customer facing teams have been undeterred in maintaining the highest level of service to our customers, adapting our approach and ways of working to ensure our customers were well supported during these very unusual times.
We have received fantastic feedback from residents with more personal acknowledgments for our Lendlease colleagues than ever before which demonstrates the great service provided to our customers during what has been an incredibly difficult time.
